Job Title: Commercial Piping Lead Installer

Location: Allentown, PA

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Piping Lead Installer to join our commercial mechanical team in Allentown. This hands-on leadership role oversees piping installations on high-profile commercial projects. If you're a detail-oriented pipefitter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring others, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Led the installation of commercial piping systems, including hydronic, chilled water, and process piping
• Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Interpret construction drawings, piping schematics, and project specifications
• Monitor job progress, resolve field issues, and report updates to project managers
• Ensure work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site

Requirements:

• 6+ years of pipe installation experience in commercial mechanical systems
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory field role
• Strong understanding of HVAC piping systems, layout, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Nice-to-Haves:

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Experience with prefabrication or modular piping systems
• Welding or brazing certifications

Location & Work Environment:

This role is based in Allentown, PA and includes work on active commercial construction sites across the metro area. Work conditions may vary between indoor mechanical rooms and outdoor settings, with occasional regional travel depending on the project.
