📌 Position Overview  

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to join our Claims Department. This role is essential in overseeing and progressing workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions. You'll collaborate with TPAs, client insureds, and internal teams to ensure timely, strategic claims handling. 

✅ Key Responsibilities  

• Review and triage new claims using internal checklists; identify high-risk or incomplete submissions. 
• Lead onboarding and training for new Client Insureds. 
• Manage loss run reports, claim reviews, inboxes, and settlement notifications. 
• Monitor reserve adequacy and support settlement recommendations. 
• Coordinate quarterly claim review schedules and documents. 
• Support litigation and high-exposure claims with early intervention strategies. 
• Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional requirements and internal procedures. 

🎓 Qualifications  

Required:  

• 5+ years as a Workers’ Compensation indemnity adjuster 
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and client accounts 

Preferred:  

• Litigation management background 
• Bachelor's degree 
• Active or eligible adjuster’s license 

🧠 Skills  

• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation laws and litigation protocols 
• Clear written and verbal communication 
• High attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Familiarity with Claims Management Systems and Provider Network is a plus
