Job Description

Position Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive top-line growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will oversee multiple P&Ls and lead the sales, eCommerce, and marketing teams. This role requires a visionary leader with deep experience in the CPG, or wellness industries, along with a strong track record in people leadership and scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives
  • Oversee multiple P&Ls, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across business units
  • Lead and mentor high-performing sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and partnerships to expand market share and enhance competitive positioning
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to optimize pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth strategies to enhance revenue performance
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align revenue goals with overall business objectives

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior revenue leadership role within the CPG, or wellness industries
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing multiple P&Ls with a focus on profitability and scalability
  • Extensive experience in leading and developing high-performance teams across sales, marketing, and business development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining key relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
