Our Service Operations Supervisors lead teams that are responsible for performing service work on building automation, fire, life safety, or security systems in commercial buildings such as hospitals, universities, and large industrial facilities. As a Service Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall success of our Specialists and Technicians by coordinating their activities for all installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials (T&M) work which will provide on-time delivery of service contracts and ensure customer expectations are met.

The pay range for this position is $80K - $110K and the annual incentive target is 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
