Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare delicious coffee using various techniques and equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drink preparation and presentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by catering to guests' needs.
• Provide menu recommendations and additional information.
• Sell coffee and coffee grinding, and brewing equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and brewing methods.
• Provide a personalized, engaging customer experience with attention to detail and care.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain inventory and manage storage and supplies.
• Keep a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.
• Perform daily opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista is essential.
• Skilled in various coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate and maintain coffee equipment.
• Great sales and presentation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts.
• Day shifts with weekend availability.
• On-site work environment.
