Job responsibilities:

• The VIP Interiors Installer III is responsible for the installation, modification, and refurbishment of VIP luxury aircraft interior components in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• This role requires precise craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard completion environment.

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in aircraft interiors or related field preferred.
• Six years" interior install experience preferably in VIP or VVIP aircraft completions. Knowledge of aircraft cabin safety standards and FAA regulatory requirements is preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving.
• Exhibits hand-eye coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering data, technical data, and work instructions.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to work outside core business hours as required.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and installation documentation.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools related to interior installation and modification work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

• Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders.
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance/able to lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance.
• Able to work in a non-dust-free environment.
• Normal or corrected vision and color perception to perform precise installations and detailed craftsmanship.
• Full range of motion with both hands.
• Able to frequently bend, twist, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead-often in tight, confined, or elevated spaces or cramped areas.
