Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Pre-Litigation and Intake Attorney to manage client acquisition and case development prior to formal litigation. The ideal candidate will excel at client communication, case evaluation, and negotiation while demonstrating genuine compassion for injury victims.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial client consultations and comprehensive intake interviews
  • Evaluate potential cases for merit, liability, and damages
  • Develop effective case strategies and investigation plans
  • Gather and analyze medical records, police reports, and other evidence
  • Prepare demand packages and negotiate with insurance adjusters
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with case managers, intake and support staff
  • Ensure seamless transition of cases to litigation when necessary

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor degree and active membership in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
  • Experience in Personal injury law preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills and settlement track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Compassionate client-centered approach
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with case management software
