We're Hiring: Experienced AutoCAD Drafter (Residential Construction)

Executive Homes is seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Architectural drafter to join our team of residential design and construction experts. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual with a strong foundation in drafting and a passion for high-quality and high-volume homebuilding.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and modify complete sets of residential construction documents using AutoCAD
• Understand how changes to a floor plan or elevation affect other areas of the plan and the roof plan, and be able to implement them independently
• Collaborate with our design and construction team to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Follow established drawing standards and workflows, using specialized AutoCAD systems and toolsets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience drafting residential construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (this is our primary software platform)
• Deep understanding of how architectural components interact—floor plans, elevations, and roof structures
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong work ethic and the ability to learn and adhere to our systems
• Career-oriented and looking for a long-term position with growth potential

Location:

Our office is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While remote work may be considered initially for the right candidate, we are looking for someone who is open to relocating to Tulsa once mutual fit is confirmed.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ($85,000–$135,000 based on experience)
