Student Ministry Job Description 2025:

Our Youth Pastor will:  

• Run a dynamic and exciting Youth Ministry  
• Communicate compelling messages focused on God's Word
• Plan and create fun and welcoming events  
• Create leadership teams  
• Oversee a multi-site youth ministry 
• Oversee a intern team
• Recruit for our Summer Camp Experience to gather and challenge students
• Recruit and equip volunteers to serve alongside you as a team 
• Will be passionate to engage with students both churched and unchurched
• Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events
