Job Description

We are a dynamic fast-fashion company specializing in streetwear and sportswear, dedicated to delivering trend-forward, high-quality apparel that resonates with modern consumers. As an Apparel Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our collections—blending creativity with efficiency to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with the Design Director to maintain design integrity, ensure deliverables align with the brand vision, and drive innovative solutions from concept to production. Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design innovative streetwear and sportswear collections for men’s and women’s apparel, incorporating current trends, consumer insights, and brand narratives.
  • Create detailed sketches and technical drawings, including accurate body representations to ensure proper fit and proportion.
  • Develop product designs using Adobe Illustrator and the full Adobe Creative Suite—from initial concepts to final tech packs and production-ready files.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a high-volume production cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director to uphold design integrity, align on creative strategies, and ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas factories by providing clear instructions, following up on comments and updates, and maintaining accountability for revisions to achieve seamless production.
  • Research emerging trends in streetwear, sportswear, and urban culture to inspire authentic, market-relevant designs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field required (BFA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in apparel design, preferably in streetwear, sportswear, or fast-fashion (experience with brands like Adidas or Nike is a plus).
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.); strong ability to create graphics, prints, and technical specifications.
  • Solid understanding of fast-fashion workflows, including rapid prototyping, material selection, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing overseas vendor relationships and following through on feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, demonstrating efficiency, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for streetwear/sportswear, sports culture, and design innovation, with a keen eye for trends and visual storytelling.
  • Strong ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and commercial viability in design concepts.
