Fish Window Cleaning is Hiring!

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Window Cleaning Estimator. Our team enjoys working in a friendly atmosphere with flexible hours. Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm

Pay per hour: $18-30 per hour

Pay is a combination of base rate commissions.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new business through commercial street bidding and call-backs to key contacts made during direct sales.
• Travel to locations including Fremont Newark Hayward Union City and Milpitas
• Write up estimates by hand or through data entry in the Fish mobile app.
• Weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales goals to meet.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. For cleaners some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork is required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
