In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders , ensuring every item is handled with care and precision. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and support cross-functional teams with logistics tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented , safety-conscious , and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The position of Warehouse Worker will pick, pack, and ship customer orders to provide a high level of Customer Service.

Essential Job Functions

  • Pick and double check orders to ensure correct parts and quantities are shipped to customers
  • Label parts/kits as required for customer orders
  • Product packaging and assembly as required
  • Pack orders (box, crate or pallet) so that they arrive un-damaged to the customer
  • Generate delivery notes in IFS Applications (deliver orders / Shipments - basic data entry)
  • Process shipments through TIS, FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship
  • Prepare waybills & bills of lading online
  • Load & Unload trucks
  • Safely operate a forklift, ladders, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Check-in & put away incoming shipments. Verify actual quantity received with quantity on packing list
  • Support other departments with shipping and order related questions or tasks
  • Be available for annual inventory counts
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized
  • Be safety aware, follow all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE
  • Other warehouse, shipping & logistics activities as required

  • Good English communication skills both written & verbal
  • Effective multi-task ability in a high volume, dynamic work environment
  • Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills required
  • Maintain a good and positive attitude and work well with others
  • Friendly, solution-oriented personality who is customer focused

Education and Experience

  • Completion of high school or equivalent
  • Ability to drive forklift
  • Computer skills with standard office applications and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Some customer service experience preferred
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
