Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant facility. This role plays a vital part in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing a diverse team—including temporary staff—to support the production of pharmaceutical or consumer health products.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead Warehouse Operations : Oversee all aspects of receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound shipments to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Maintain strict adherence to GMP, FDA, OSHA, and internal quality and safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise warehouse personnel, including onboarding, training, and scheduling of both full-time and temporary staff.
  • Inventory Accuracy : Manage inventory using ERP systems, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure data integrity through audits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to support audits and inspections.
  • Process Improvement : Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and report on key warehouse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Handling Oversight : Ensure proper documentation and handling of raw materials, finished goods, and returns.

Must haves:

  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a GMP-regulated setting
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211
  • Proven ability to manage temporary labor and third-party logistics providers
  • Proficiency with ERP or WMS inventory systems
