We're working with a midsized distributor in search of a high-caliber Warehouse Manager in the South Bend region. Candidates that offer experience on the production and warehousing side of the business will have the upper hand. Excellent upper level leadership that you'd report into.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, directs, and oversees all warehouse/operational functions
- Developing great relationships with salaried leaders and hourly associates
- Monitor KPI metrics and analyze operational variables and implement solutions that positively impact performance
- Ensures on-time delivery of products and services
- Ensures warehouse operations meet or exceed safety and regulatory standards
Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in the logistics field (5+ years)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong financial acumen for planning and scheduling
- Confident decision maker
