Job Description

This role contains general office work and requires the ability to work late night shifts. Being bilingual is a necessity, English being a must.

Responsibilities

Some general office responsibilities include:

• Maintaining organization in the office space
• Invoicing
• Checking products
• Checking in drivers
• Answering phones
• Computer literacy (scanning documents, organizing digital files)

Qualifications

• Speak English fluently (Bilingual in either Spanish or Portuguese)
• Preferably has office experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to answer phones professionally)
• Late night shifts and Saturdays are a must! Hours start at 10 AM until closing.
• Completed Highschool Education
