Project Overview:

  • The Visual Comms team is a cross-functional internal visual production team that produces internal and external visuals embedded in various client’s platforms. These visuals resolve user issues and explain complex topics.
  • As a Video Producer/Visual Content Program Manager for the Visual Comms Team, you will oversee video projects across 11 languages from concept development to final delivery.
  • You will drive milestone completion, manage timelines, work with third-party vendors, and communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of video production workflows and excellent writing and project management skills.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Help with the planning process of video content.
  • Leverage, collaborate with, and help manage first and third-party content providers to deliver written/audio/visual content as needed.
  • Provide guidance from conception to completion, including high-level feedback on format, narrative, visuals, voice, as well as line and copy editing for video content.
  • Editing of short and long form video content.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of video production projects, including pre-production planning, on-set production, post-production, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.
  • Manage localization of scripts, on-screen text, captions, and metadata across 11 languages
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., creative, marketing, legal) and external partners (e.g., production companies, agencies, creators) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage pre- and post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Ensure all video content meets client's quality standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Execute video editing tasks, including assembling raw footage, adding graphics and effects, incorporating music and sound effects, and ensuring a polished final product aligned with project goals.

Experience (Mandatory):

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video production management, preferably within a fast-paced media or technology environment.
  • Ability to write, understand, and interpret video scripts around complex technical products and features.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex video projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects

Experience (Desired):

  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Television Production, Communications, or a related field.
