The Role

We’re seeking a full-time Video Editor to lead post-production across a variety of client and in-house projects. This role is perfect for a creative editor who thrives on shaping stories, refining visuals, and delivering polished final content that exceeds client expectations.

While the primary focus is editing, the ideal candidate also has some production experience (camera, lighting, audio) and enjoys being part of the creative process from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-production workflow from raw footage to final delivery.
• Edit video content for a variety of formats: commercials, branded content, social media, and long-form pieces.
• Handle color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
• Manage client feedback cycles and revisions with professionalism and creativity.
• Organize and maintain project files, assets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other creatives to bring projects to life.
• Occasionally support production days (filming, setup, or assisting with gear).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, production company, or freelance background).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus: After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing storytelling and technical skills.
• Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and multi-camera editing.
• Experience editing for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects on deadline.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, or audio equipment.
