Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality videos that showcase our products, services, and company culture. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and bring them to life through video content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts for video content

- Edit raw footage and add visual effects, sound, and music to create engaging and high-quality videos

- Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message

- Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio, and graphics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality and production processes

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather information and materials for video projects

- Provide guidance and feedback to junior video editors, as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field

- 1+ years of experience as a video editor, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid

- Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques

- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
