Job Title: IVA Specialist (Digital Lab)
Location: Lake County, IL (Onsite preferred; remote considered)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM CST
Rate: $30 to $33/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) Specialist to join our Digital Lab Veeva CLM team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, routing, and managing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content for healthcare provider (HCP) marketing teams across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate with internal marketing teams, creative agencies, and regulatory reviewers to deliver engaging, compliant, and effective interactive presentations .
If you have hands-on Veeva CLM experience, can work confidently in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) , and are comfortable collaborating in Figma , this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated marketing environment .
