Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ultrasound Technologist located in Bennington, VT. Various shifts available. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring images are of high quality, explaining procedures to patients, and maintaining ultrasound equipment. The role involves working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Experience with performing and interpreting diagnostic ultrasound procedures
• Skills in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment
• Ability to explain procedures clearly to patients and ensure patient comfort
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
• ARRT or ARDMS certification in diagnostic medical sonography
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is beneficial
• Current Health care provider BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.
