Role Description

This part-time role involves serving as a Travel Soccer Coach for the DILLSBURG AREA SOCCER CLUB. Responsibilities include planning and implementing soccer training sessions, coaching players during practices and games, fostering player development, providing mentorship, and collaborating with team managers and other coaches. The coach will facilitate effective communication with players, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a positive team experience. This is an on-site role based in Dillsburg, PA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Soccer Coaching and expertise in Football techniques and strategies.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with players, parents, and team members.
• Experience in Education or a background in facilitating learning and development is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring players, demonstrating excellent Coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of youth sports development and safety practices is highly desirable.
• Ability to commit to part-time, on-site work in Dillsburg, PA.
