The ideal candidate should possess the following:
· 0-5 years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environment
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· High attention to detail
· Strong leadership skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Strong work ethic, ability to multitask
· A competitive and career oriented mindset
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Supervision and monitoring of Company and agency drivers
· Employee and equipment scheduling, ensuring driver productivity
· Monitoring customer material flow
· Enforcing quality and safety compliance, as well as company policies and procedures
