We’re hiring a Training Coordinator in Washington, DC!The Training Coordinator at CYM will support the Learning and Development (L&D) team by creating, delivering, and continuously refining training content and programs that align with CYM’s core values and operational goals. The Training Coordinator works with the Learning & Development team to ensure that all training collateral are accurate, up-to-date and effective to support continuous operational excellence.
The role involves developing learning tools and assisting with the coordination and maintenance of training documents, content, and more. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will assist with improving training effectiveness based on relevant data, employee feedback, and workforce productivity to ensure all operational needs are being addressed in a timely manner.
This role will also assist in ensuring new training initiatives are delivered and adopted successfully. You’ll play a key role in the individual and collective success of everyone at CYM and do so through our Values (“VIBES”). This role is based in our HQ Office in DC and will report to the Senior Director of Learning and Development.
