Job Description: Responsible for managing incoming and releasing of titles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Title Processing: Manage both retail and wholesale vehicle titles, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews of vehicle titles to confirm completeness, accuracy, and identify any discrepancies or errors.
• State Compliance: Ensure titles meet legal standards for the state of issuance and filing, maintaining full adherence to applicable laws.
• Title Management: Oversee the receipt and release of titles, maintaining control of high-volume workflows.
• Third-Party Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors, insurance companies, and internal departments regarding title-related matters.
• Payoff Processing: Handle vehicle payoffs with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• High-Volume Processing: Efficiently process hundreds of titles and related requests daily while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily reports for internal quality control and operational tracking. 

Pay : $20/hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
