Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in conducting medically prescribed therapy treatments to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
Provides non-clinical support services to the therapist to include but not limited to maintaining patient treatment areas and basic clerical support.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent
CPR

Preferred Job Requirements:

Graduate of a certified physical therapy technician program or comparable experience
One (1) year experience in hospital, rehabilitation or outpatient setting as a therapy technician
