Role Description

This is a remote role for a Therapist at RESILIENCE COUNSELING LLC. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records. Additional tasks include assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Therapist will also participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Therapy skills, including conducting individual and group therapy sessions
• Experience in assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions and creating treatment plans
• Crisis intervention skills and the ability to provide support in emergency situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• License to practice as a therapist in the state of Hawaii
• Previous experience in a mental health care setting is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Requirements:

-Licensed as a therapist (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D.) in the State of Hawaii

-Must provide and maintain malpractice/ professional liability insurance

-Ability to work independently and manage your own scheduled sessions with clients

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Commitment to providing evidence-based and client-centered care

-Comfortability/knowledge with technology and web-based systems (e.g. Gmail, Google Suite, Therapy Notes)
