Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Temporary Accounting Clerk for immediate hire in Pasadena, CA. Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups, to manage and analyze financial data.
• Handle financial tasks with a focus on accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a professional office setting.
• Commit to the long-term temporary role with the potential for ongoing full-time work.
• Participate in immediate interviews as the client seeks to hire promptly.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, demonstrated through assessment.
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable is required.
• Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term, ongoing temporary role.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Benefits
