Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Dropbox or similar file management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic HR functions such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into Excel and other Office Suite applications.
  • Dropbox Management: Organize and manage files using Dropbox.
  • Filing: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • HR Knowledge: Apply basic HR knowledge to support the HR department as needed.

ABOUT: This will be covering for a MAT Leave for the HR manager. No option for converting at this point.

Rate: $20 +
