Job Title: Wire Harness Technician

Location: East Peoria, IL

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Position Overview

We are currently seeking Wire Harness Technicians to join our team in East Peoria. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling wire harnesses and related components to meet customer specifications and quality standards. No prior experience is required—we’ll provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and wire harness assemblies based on customer requirements.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions accurately.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all products meet established standards.
• Work with various wire types and colors, ensuring correct usage.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary—training is provided.
• Must have reliable transportation due to early shift hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to accurately distinguish different wire colors.
• Ability to read small fonts and markings on wires and components.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
