Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive key initiatives within the Growth and Cross-Channel Marketing Personalization team. This role requires a highly motivated, technically proficient professional with a deep understanding of systems, marketing technologies, and program management best practices. The TPM will oversee critical projects affecting consumer-facing products and internal tools, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive high-urgency projects while balancing technical constraints with business objectives.
  • Provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and optimize resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project updates and key findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
  • Advocate for technical priorities, resource allocation, and resolution of architectural challenges.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

  1. Technical Program Management Expertise – 3-8+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical programs in large-scale environments.
  2. Deep Systems and Technical Services Knowledge – Ability to quickly grasp and provide value to engineering teams working on highly complex systems.
  3. Product-Led Growth and Marketing Tech Experience – Background in cross-channel marketing, including email, paid media, and dynamic messaging solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role .
  • Strong track record of working effectively across different groups within an organization.
  • Proven success in delivering software products from conception to deployment .
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to drive results.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing technologies, growth strategies, and cross-channel customer engagement .
  • Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs for measuring program impact and efficiency.
  • Previous experience working in large corporate environments at scale .
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with evolving priorities.
