Join a global innovator in premium outdoor heating solutions, driving technical excellence and product evolution across the US market.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

Technical Product Ownership : Drive the technical direction of both current and future heating products.

Customer & Engineering Liaison : Act as the conduit between customer service/technical support and the engineering team, turning customer feedback into product improvements.

Product Development : Translate market needs into technical specifications for new and existing products across mechanical, electrical, and gas systems.

Technical Escalations : Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues, escalating when necessary and ensuring complete resolution.

Knowledge Management : Contribute to technical documentation including manuals, support guides, and troubleshooting content.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work alongside Global Tech Support, Customer Services and the Engineering department, to maintain high standards of product and customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Safety : Ensure products meet industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement : Share recurring product insights to improve troubleshooting procedures and product design.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline - or equivalent hands-on technical experience.

• 3–5 years in technical product management or engineering, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.

• Proven ability to own and manage technical product lifecycle and roadmap.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Skilled communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft NAV & CE is a plus).

• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented - especially under pressure.

If you’re excited by technical challenges, enjoy learning continuously, and want to shape high-performance hardware products, reach out to Brad at [email protected] .
