Technical Product Manager

This is a hands-on role where engineering knowledge meets customer insight. You'll act as the key link between Customer/Technical Support and Engineering - owning the technical roadmap for their product lines and ensuring top-tier performance in the field.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
• Technical Product Ownership : Drive the technical direction of both current and future heating products.
• Customer & Engineering Liaison : Act as the conduit between customer service/technical support and the engineering team, turning customer feedback into product improvements.
• Product Development : Translate market needs into technical specifications for new and existing products across mechanical, electrical, and gas systems.
• Technical Escalations : Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues, escalating when necessary and ensuring complete resolution.
• Knowledge Management : Contribute to technical documentation including manuals, support guides, and troubleshooting content.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work alongside Global Tech Support, Customer Services and the Engineering department, to maintain high standards of product and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure products meet industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement : Share recurring product insights to improve troubleshooting procedures and product design.
Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline - or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• 3–5 years in technical product management or engineering, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and gas systems.
• Proven ability to own and manage technical product lifecycle and roadmap.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Skilled communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft NAV & CE is a plus).
• Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented - especially under pressure.
