  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical feedback, and enforce coding standards.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in production environments.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10–12 years of professional experience in .NET application development, including significant experience with APIs and service-oriented architectures.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and microservices design.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, Application Insights).
  • Solid foundation in software design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern development practices (TDD, CI/CD, automated testing).
  • Experience integrating with third-party APIs and building secure, PCI-compliant applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Experience in eCommerce or subscription-based environments is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, .NET) preferred.
