This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates for key clients along with performing recruiting and sales support functions. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation.
