We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Giveback Intern to join our team (June-August) . The Administrative Giveback Internship is designed for individuals passionate about community impact and organizational operations. This unique internship provides hands-on experience supporting internal and external initiatives aimed at giving back to underserved communities, and improving organizational efficiency through administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests,directing visitors, keeping front lobby tidy, and taking messages for employees
  • Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and database management.
  • Coordinate logistics for volunteer events, community projects, or internal giveback initiatives.
  • Research nonprofit partners, local events, or grant opportunities.
  • Contribute to special projects that align with the organization's mission of giving back.
  • Assist in tracking volunteer hours, impact metrics, and program evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Public Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in community service and operational excellence.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
