Job Description

The Substation Project Manager will lead projects from award to energization, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage substation projects (scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC).
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Oversee contractors, safety performance and site execution.
• Manage client communication, change orders and project reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience managing substation or T&D construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of substation civil, structural, electrical and protection/control.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
