Staff Accountant | Charleston, SC
We’re partnering with a private family office headquartered in Charleston to identify a Staff Accountant who’s excited to grow their career in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

In this role, you’ll:
- Support accounting functions across multiple nonprofit organizations
- Record monthly transactions, accruals, and maintain fixed asset records
- Oversee accounts payable and employee expense reports
- Prepare month-end and year-end reconciliations and financial reports
- Work closely with experienced accounting leaders who provide mentorship and guidance
- Participate in professional development and have opportunities for advancement
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- A strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with modern accounting systems
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
