Software Integration Project Manager

Position Summary

The Manager, Software Customization will serve as the bridge between Lifekind’s clinical operations, and the Savas Software team. This role focuses on identifying clinic requirements, managing customization projects, and ensuring that software functionality aligns with Lifekind’s business objectives. The position requires strong analytical and project management skills, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

-Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Engage with clinics and operational leaders to capture business and clinical requirements.
  • Break down requirements into components that can be prioritized for customization or product development.
  • Document workflows and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
  • Customization & Product Management
  • Identify opportunities for EMR and system customization using existing tools and vendor functionality.
  • Partner with the Savas Software team to evaluate feasibility, provide structured feedback, and track development progress.
  • Support prioritization of features and enhancements in alignment with Lifekind’s operational strategy.

-Project Management

  • Oversee software customization projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies; ensure clinics remain engaged and informed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are tested and implemented successfully.

-Process Optimization & Feedback Loop

  • Evaluate how new features and customizations impact workflows.
  • Provide structured, data-driven feedback to both the clinics and software teams.
  • Act as a liaison to align operational goals with technology capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, product management, or IT project management.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with EMRs, healthcare workflows, and clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
