As a result, we are hiring a Social Worker to lead our team’s efforts to identify barriers to student learning and to implement strategies to relentlessly knock down those barriers.
Our Social Worker will observe students, design research-based interventions to meet their unique needs, and support the school in implementing those interventions to support student growth and development.
