POSITION SUMMARY

The Social Media Influencer & Digital Brand Representative is a fully integrated, in-house role that represents the embodied voice and presence of Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. across digital platforms, in-store experiences, and high-profile brand events. This is not a freelance collaboration or traditional influencer engagement; it is a strategically aligned position within our brand architecture, responsible for translating the company’s identity into compelling, on-brand storytelling and client interaction.

This individual will be responsible for creating high-impact social media content, amplifying the in-store luxury experience, and engaging both digital audiences and in-person clientele with elegance, credibility, and consistency. Equal parts brand spokesperson, lifestyle curator, and luxury sales catalyst, this role requires an individual who naturally commands attention and influence on camera, on the showroom floor, and across social and experiential settings.

As we expand our digital footprint, we are inviting a dynamic, camera-ready individual to bring our brand to life both online and in-store.

OBJECTIVES 

• Serve as the daily on-camera presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, consistently embodying the tone, style, and elegance of Jackson Hole Jewelry Co.
• Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) that captures product storytelling, the in-store experience, and aspirational elements of the Jackson Hole lifestyle. 
• Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to execute a curated content calendar that reflects strategic priorities, seasonal campaigns, and high-value moments.
• Enhance the client experience in-store by participating in sales consultations, bringing energy and confidence that supports our diamond experts and helps influence purchasing decisions.
• Act as a brand representative at key activations, including store events, livestreams, collaborations, and influencer partnership; both locally and in target markets.
• Foster meaningful engagement with online communities, responding to comments and direct messages with brand-appropriate tone and timeliness to build lasting digital rapport.
• Monitor and adapt to content trends, algorithm shifts, and platform innovations to ensure Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. remains at the forefront of luxury digital storytelling.
• Seamlessly merge content creation with real-world presence, bridging online storytelling with in-person elegance in a way that drives brand credibility and resonance.
• Maintain a consistent personal brand presence that aligns visually and tonally with Jackson Hole Jewelry Co., both on and off the clock, reinforcing the authenticity of your ambassador role.
• Refine content performance using analytics, leveraging engagement metrics to optimize future storytelling, post timing, and content format decisions.
• Uphold luxury presentation standards in all content, client interactions, and public appearances, ensuring brand reputation is protected and elevated at every touchpoint.
• Continuously develop your understanding of fine jewelry, the Jackson Hole client profile, and the brand’s unique design language to enhance authority and influence in all public-facing content.

COMPETENCIES

• Confident, charismatic, and composed in front of the camera; able to consistently deliver brand messaging with professionalism and flair.
• Skilled in conceptualizing, filming, and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent—delivering polished, high-performing media.
• Deep understanding of the Jackson Hole Jewelry Co. brand voice, aesthetic, and customer base; able to convey luxury storytelling with nuance and authenticity.
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook; understands platform-specific algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
• Strong interpersonal instincts in both digital and in-person settings; builds trust, connection, and loyalty through thoughtful, timely engagement.
• Demonstrates discretion, etiquette, and luxury service standards when interacting with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Naturally persuasive with an ability to support the sales process through storytelling, trust-building, and product enthusiasm—without hard selling.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, unpredictable environments (e.g., content shoots, VIP visits, last-minute activations) while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor.
• Open to feedback, direction, and teamwork; thrives in an environment where creative alignment with leadership is essential.
• Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail; ensures all content, wardrobe, and environments reflect the luxury brand standard.
• Self-directed and accountable; capable of executing a demanding content cadence while balancing client-facing obligations and event appearances.
• In tune with luxury, fashion, travel, and lifestyle trends relevant to the Jackson Hole demographic; brings cultural relevance to content and conversations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for luxury, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and influence.

Proven on-camera experience with a strong portfolio of short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

We’re looking for more than a content creator—we're seeking a visible brand ambassador who will embody the elevated aesthetic and voice of Jackson Hole Jewelry Company. This role is forward-facing: you’ll represent the brand across social channels and bring our luxury lifestyle to life through compelling content and presence.

• A portfolio of past social media work (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or equivalent)
• Video samples featuring yourself—whether on-camera content, hosting, or storytelling
• Any relevant metrics or campaign results demonstrating engagement and brand alignment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work on-site at our Jackson, WY location, with a presence that reflects the brand’s polished, elevated image at all times.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods during filming, events, and in-store interactions.
• Frequent walking, talking, and interacting with clients and team members in a showroom or event setting.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for event setup or production support (e.g., lighting equipment, signage, product display).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client events, content shoots, or live activations.
• Must maintain a camera-ready appearance daily consistent grooming, attire, and physical presentation are essential to uphold brand standards.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year DOE
