Job Description

Our team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty is looking for someone to install our Open House signs and/or Lock Boxes the night before the event. This would be part-time, mostly nights or weekends, as our Open Houses are scheduled. We are looking for someone with access to transportation who will install 100 Open House directional signs in the neighborhood of our Open Houses, directing people to the homes. We would then want these signs picked up once the Open House is complete. Our team works in Rhode Island, southern MA, and eastern CT. We will pay per installation job and require photos after the job is complete. • Install and mount signs on various surfaces using appropriate tools and equipment
• Ensure accurate placement and alignment of signs according to provided specifications
• Maintain a good driving record
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate installation schedules
• Maintain a high standard of quality and organization when reporting on installation jobs

Qualifications:

• Good driving record and willing to drive across RI, as well as southern MA and eastern CT, as required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Knowledge of different types of signage installation
• Attention to detail and precision in installation
• Competencies: US Work Authorization
