Must Haves:
5+ years experience with ServiceNow Administration and Business Analysis
Extensive knowledge of all SNOW modules including: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB
Experience working with ServiceNow Platform Owners gathering requirements & assisting with growing use of platform
Strong Understanding of various project methodologies – SDLC, Agile, ITSM, & ITIL
Experience managing projects and workflows
Plus:

Experience with versions: Vancouver & Washington

Insight Global’s Healthcare client is seeking a remote resource to join their growing ServiceNow team to assist with managing project and workflows within their environment of over 1150 ITIL users, in an environment of over 40,000 employees. This resource will build catalogue items, help with integrations, perform maintenance on the platform, and handle upgrades. They should have experience working in the Agile & SDLC lifecycle, and be comfortable working with platform owners to gather requirements and improve the environment.
