LaSalle Network has partnered with a CPG food company in hiring an experienced and driven Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cost management, and the seamless execution of our supply chain activities. This leadership role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.



Senior Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, including production, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives to drive productivity and cost savings
• Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team. Ensure the team is motivated, trained, and aligned with the company's goals and values
• Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, and manage logistics to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and ensure product availability
• Oversee the operational budget, monitor expenses, and manage cost reduction strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational processes and team performance. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on operational performance
• Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Finance to align operational strategies with business goals and customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines within the operational processes
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive operational excellence

Senior Warehouse Operations Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related industry
• Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
• Expertise in data analysis, cost management, and financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal communication skills
• Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
