⚡ Role : Senior Treasury Manager 💼 Industry : Renewable Energy 🌎 Location : Phoenix, Arizona (onsite) 💰 Salary : $140,000–$160,000 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join a fast-growing public renewable energy company that’s driving the transition to a more sustainable future. The company is dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions globally, and this role is critical in ensuring robust financial stewardship as we continue to expand. As the Senior Treasury Manager , you’ll oversee treasury operations, managing liquidity, risk, and compliance across a growing global footprint. You’ll lead process improvements, optimize cash flow, and maintain strong banking and insurance relationships to ensure the company’s financial strength and flexibility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting Manage global banking relationships and corporate insurance programs Lead treasury policy development and ensure SOX and global regulatory compliance Support risk management initiatives including FX and hedging activities Oversee treasury system improvements and cash flow reporting Partner with internal teams for audits, reporting, and SEC compliance Mentor and develop treasury staff; drive cross-functional collaboration Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred ~7+ years of treasury experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles ~ Expertise in liquidity management, treasury operations, risk insurance, and compliance ~ Experience in a public company environment (SOX/SEC compliance) ~ Global treasury management experience ~ Proficiency in TMS (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP systems ~ Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills ~ Proven ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment 📧 Sounds like you?
