Senior Property Manager - Commercial Real Estate

An established and expanding Commercial Real Estate firm in Charlotte is currently seeking a talented Senior Property Manager to join their team. You will oversee a dynamic portfolio of office and retail spaces throughout the Charlotte area. This role offers a salary of up to $120K plus bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and tenant relations for all properties.
• Communicating with property owners and internal staff.
• Quarterly/Monthly visits of tenants.
• Oversee and enforce lease agreements.
• Prepare annual budget for each property including year-end reconciliations.
• Manage the vendor bids and track all vendor contracts.
• Assist with the selection of external vendors for the assigned project and maintain positive relationships with the vendors.
• Responsible for evaluation and administration of all building maintenance service contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years property management work experience.
• Experience utilizing Yardi Voyager.
• NC and SC Real Estate licenses preferred.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
