About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer , you’ll own design across multiple product areas, taking ideas from early concepts to polished designs ready for development. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to solve complex problems with thoughtful, user-centered design. You’ll also help build and evolve our design system in Figma and advocate for simplicity, usability, and elegance in every product decision.
What You’ll Do
• Lead design projects from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and explore solutions .
• Translate complex ERP workflows into simple, clear, and beautiful user experiences .
• Participate in user research and testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and help maintain our Figma-based design system and UI components.
• Present design concepts and rationale to the team and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean visual design, interaction design, and UX thinking .
• Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces with a focus on ease of use and clarity .
• Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design and design systems .
• Ability to collaborate closely with developers and understand the software development process.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset .
• Passion for transforming complex business tools into intuitive, human-centered experiences .
