Job Title: Senior Payroll Tax Analyst

Location: Irving, TX 75063

Salary: $48-$52/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst to join our team in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing payroll tax processes, including compliance, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple states and internationally. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll tax experience, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to manage complex payroll tax issues. Experience with ADP, multi-department payroll processing, and international payroll is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state and international payroll tax compliance, filings, and reporting.
• Reconcile payroll tax discrepancies and resolve tax-related issues.
• Ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for federal, state, local, and international taxes.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns (e.g., 941, 940, state filings, international tax filings).
• Work closely with payroll, accounting, and HR departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and analyze payroll tax audits and notices, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 and 1099 reporting.
• Stay current on federal, state, local, and international payroll tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in payroll tax, with a strong understanding of multi-state and international tax compliance.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems and other payroll processing software.
• Experience in multi-department payroll processing and collaboration across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and international payroll tax regulations.
