Human Resources Senior Manager - Charlotte NC
Reporting to the CFO, the HR Senior Manager is a sole contributor role that will manage multiple outsourced resources. He or she will play a critical role in optimizing talent management, driving strategy and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement for this real estate firm. The HR Senior Manager will partner with the executive team to continue to shape organizational structure and employee engagement initiatives while building talent acquisition and management strategies to ongoing support company growth.
The Human Resources Senior Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment and labor laws and related compliance and reporting requirements. He or she must be a champion of employee relations and retention. Strong relationship management skills are required as are excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
