Senior Graphic Designer

Design Partners is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to work on a wide range of brand, digital, packaging and merchandising projects.

We are actively looking for a motivated self-starter with experience in the brand design and agency world to develop visual design for a multitude of interfaces and marketing materials. Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing the visual identity of brands.

• Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms.

• Ability to complete and manage projects from concept to finish including final production, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

• Manages client expectations and oversees photoshoots, illustration development, and vendor/ printer communications.

• Serves as a strategic creative partner to clients, fostering trust and cultivating long-term relationships.

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• Guiding and supporting junior designers.

Experience and Skills

• Experience in a Creative Brand Design Agency (brand design, advertising, marketing) or similar environment preferred.

• Expert level skills in Adobe Creative Suite on Mac Platform.

• PowerPoint Design and Layout Skills.

• Previous and proven experience in packaging graphics.

• Illustration skills.

• Strong typography skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and schedules.

• Highly detail oriented.

• Self-starter and able to work with little direction.

• Thrives on design challenges and taking creativity to the next level.

• Excellent style and design sensibilities.

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D platforms (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Education

A Degree in Digital Design/Graphic Design/Visual Communications and 5+ years experience is preferred.
