Senior Estimator – High-Rise & Multi-Family Construction
We are seeking a Senior Estimator with a strong background in high-rise and multi-family projects, including experience estimating jobs valued at $100M+. The ideal candidate will lead the preconstruction process, develop accurate cost estimates, analyze subcontractor proposals, and support bid strategy for complex, large-scale developments. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of structural systems, market pricing, and takeoff software is required.
