About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Estimator (5+ years) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of construction costs, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids across a wide variety of project types. This role is critical to supporting our continued growth and reputation for delivering exceptional value and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for diverse commercial construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive bids
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and scope details
• Track and manage bid deadlines, clarifications, and follow-ups
• Contribute to budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering efforts

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
